Community Sign Language Interpreting
When hearing and deaf people communicate with one another they typically require the services of a sign language interpreter. How does this work? A person skilled in communicating with deaf, deaf blind or hard of hearing people joins in whatever situation is happening – classrooms, doctors appointments, courtrooms, literally anywhere – and facilitates communication, usually through sign language. Traditionally, this service is done live – wherever hearing and deaf people are wishing to communicate. At SignOn we are experts at matching our highly skilled interpreters with our deaf customer’s needs. Our certified interpreters are qualified at the highest national level, enabling them to communicate with deaf people having a broad range of communication styles.

We have three full time schedulers available to answer your questions, make the interpreter matches and give you excellent customer service. We can quickly and easily solve your communication access needs.

You can schedule an interpreter either online, through the phone, or via fax. We are happy to accommodate your interpreter preferences and we welcome feedback through our online customer service feature. We’ve been serving the communication needs of deaf people for ten years as a company, and many of our interpreters have been active in the Seattle area for over 20 years.
