Online Interpreter requests require a minimum of 48 business hours advance notice for processing. A scheduling team representative will be in contact with the requester within 48 business hours via email or phone to confirm request receipt and get additional assignment information. If the requester has not received contact from SignOn after 48 business hours, requester can notify SignOn via email, phone, or fax.
